Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to all registrations for Moodle Moot Nordic 2026, taking place on 30 September and 1 October 2026 in Copenhagen. The event is organised by Moxis.

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. BINDING REGISTRATION

  • Your registration is binding once you have completed and submitted the registration form
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible after your registration
  • The confirmation email serves as your receipt confirming that your place has been reserved

3. PAYMENT

  • Shortly after your registration, you will receive an invoice at the email address provided
  • Payment must be made upfront prior to the event, in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice
  • Your place is only fully secured once payment has been received
  • Payment is made via bank transfer to the account number stated on the invoice

4. REFUND POLICY

❌ We do not offer refunds upon cancellation

  • Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • This applies regardless of the reason for your inability to attend
  • We therefore encourage you to ensure that you are able to attend before completing your registration

5. TICKET TRANSFER

Although we do not offer refunds, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend.

How to transfer your ticket:

  1. Send an email to support@moxis.dk
  2. Include your full name and order number
  3. Include the name and email address of the person taking over your place
  4. The transfer must be requested no later than [X days] before the event

✅ Once the transfer has been approved, the new attendee will receive a confirmation by email

Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the person taking over your ticket is aware of and accepts these terms and conditions.

6. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Changes to the programme:
Moxis reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers or session content without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.

Cancellation of the event:
In the unlikely event that Moxis is required to cancel the event, all registered attendees will be informed as soon as possible, and any paid registration fees will be fully refunded.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

By attending Moodle Moot Nordic 2026, you accept that photos and video recordings may be taken during the event, which may be used in Moxis' communications and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact us at support@moxis.dk.

8. DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Danish and European data protection legislation (GDPR). Your information is used solely for the administration of your registration and communication regarding the event. You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@moxis.dk.
